Our Impact

There are many organizations that serve populations in need. Through our personal experiences and research, the Two By Two Foundation has identified a significant under-addressed need to Care for Those Who Care for Others.  (Think about when you’re on an airplane and instructed in a crisis to put your oxygen mask on before helping others…)  We are dedicated to providing restorative programing, recognition, gratitude and rejuvenation with nature, land and animals for health care providers, first-responders, caregivers.

Participants benefit from nature based experiences on the 160ac Rounded Crest Farm property in Pawling, NY.  The expansive views, restorative qualities, undulating land, trails and horses provide an engaging atmosphere for shared experiences.  Self-care, appreciation, mental health content and skills are positively engrained presented in connection with a relaxed, nature filled immersive experience.

Our first-responder, health care provider and caregiver participants radial out with a significant multiplier effect providing expertise and service within their communities, hospitals and spheres of influence and dependance.  

We find that stress is reduced and mental health supported by proficiency, experience, skills, training, and camaraderie.  Our programs are uniquely tailored to each specific groups needs and goals.
